The house is located between Villa Camperi and Villa Gigliola, in the municipality of Casale Marittimo.
On the ground floor we have the kitchen, the dining room and living room overlooking both the covered porch. The kitchen is unique and typically Tuscan with a fireplace in the built-in hob. In the dining room the tiled wood stove heats the room and atmosphere. The living room with sofas and television has an incredible view, the window .. truly looks like a picture that follows the seasons. On the ground floor there is a laundry room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom that has direct access to the garden.

On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms and one twin.
The porch, can be enjoyed even on rainy days thanks to the roof, and overlooks the BBq and fenced swimming pool which has ample space for sunbathing.

The farmhouse has a large tavern with kitchen and table, living room with a beautiful corner fireplace, sofas and 45” TV. The tavern is also equipped with a ping pong table and a separate room is equipped with children’s games. The pool is heated.
