Podere Casale is located in the municipality of Casale Marittimo, within Tenuta Ricrio, between Villa Camperi and Villa Gigliola, just 15 km from the sea.

Surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan hills, the farmhouse is the ideal choice for those seeking generous spaces, comfort and an authentic countryside atmosphere, without giving up proximity to the coast.

The ground floor features the living area, with kitchen, dining room and lounge, all opening onto the covered porch, perfect for enjoying outdoor living in every season. The kitchen, in traditional Tuscan style, is distinguished by a charming fireplace integrated into the cooking area. In the dining room, a ceramic wood-burning stove adds warmth and character to the space.

The living room, furnished with sofas and TV, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape: the window opens like a natural painting that changes with the seasons. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden, as well as a convenient laundry room.

The first floor hosts the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms: two doubles and one with two single beds.

The outdoor porch, usable even on rainy days, overlooks the BBQ area and the private seasonal fenced infinity pool, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area equipped with loungers, sunbeds, parasols and a shaded pergola. The pool is heated on request (extra costs may apply).

The property also features a large basement/tavern area, available on request and subject to an additional fee. This spacious and versatile area, accessible both from inside and outside, includes a kitchen, dining area, living room with sofas and TV, a beautiful stone corner fireplace, a bathroom accessible for guests with reduced mobility, and a multifunctional room adaptable to different needs.

The tavern also includes a table tennis area and a dedicated space equipped with children’s games, making the property especially suitable for families.

To reach Podere Casale, guests must drive along an unpaved road of approximately 1,200 metres; at the entrance to Tenuta Ricrio there is a gated access with code, ensuring security and privacy.
