Podere I Gotti is a charming stone farmhouse set in the hills of Guardistallo, carefully restored in full respect of traditional Tuscan style.
A picturesque cypress-lined driveway leads to the property, which enjoys an open, panoramic, secluded and private setting, offering complete tranquillity immersed in nature.

The farmhouse is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a spacious living area with original arches, once an old stable, now transformed into a unique and characterful space. The living area blends seamlessly with the large open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere, enhanced by a striking three-sided fireplace made from reclaimed Livorno stone paving.

A TV room and a traditional ceramic wood-burning stove complete the ground floor, adding warmth and authenticity to the space.
On the first floor, the sleeping area features 5 spacious bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating and mosquito screens.
